Review Your Order
Check your products, quantities, preparation, and receipt when you receive the order. If an item is incorrect, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not as confirmed, contact the store that handled the purchase promptly.
Do not consume a product you believe may be unsafe. Keep it refrigerated or frozen as appropriate, and retain the product, packaging, label, and receipt until the store explains the next step.
Perishable & Custom Products
Because meat and prepared foods are perishable, products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind after pickup. Custom-cut, portioned, seasoned, packed, or special-order products may not be cancellable once preparation has begun.
This does not affect any right or remedy available under applicable law for a defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied product.
How Issues Are Resolved
The store will review the order details and may ask for photographs or for the product and packaging to be brought back safely. Depending on the circumstances, the store may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.
Do not mail or courier a perishable product back unless the store has given specific instructions.
Changes & Cancellations
Call the store as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. A request can be accommodated only if the product has not been specially obtained, cut, seasoned, packed, or otherwise prepared for you.
Approved Refunds
An approved refund is normally issued to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on the payment provider. The store will explain any different arrangement before completing the resolution.
